Users can securely upload and manage their educational documents and certifications through the Site. The system ensures that documents are stored safely and can be accessed as needed for the verification process.

3.2 Primary Source Verification

All submitted documents undergo a rigorous verification process, including validation with primary sources such as educational institutions, professional bodies, or other relevant authorities to ensure authenticity.

3.3 Secure Document Transfer to eservices

Verified documents are securely transferred to eservices for evaluation, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of user data throughout the process.

The Site is designed to facilitate a seamless and efficient document verification and evaluation experience, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and security.

4. Eligibility

The Service is designed for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using eservices.cleansheetgroup.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are not permitted to access or use the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account and submitting documents for verification.

5.2 Document Quality

You must ensure that all uploaded documents are legible, clear, and meet the specified format requirements as outlined by the Site.

5.3 Correct Document Submission

You are solely responsible for submitting the correct documents for verification. The documents you upload should match the ones submitted to eservices for evaluation.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Transaction Information

If you make a purchase through the Service, you may be required to provide accurate and complete transaction-related information, including but not limited to payment details (e.g., credit or debit card information) and billing address. By initiating a service purchase, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to use the provided payment method.
• The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions for reasons such as:

• Unavailability of the requested service.
• Errors in descriptions or pricing of services.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

6.2 Service Fees

• Fees for services will be displayed during the application submission process and must be paid in full before the verification process begins.
• All payments must be completed in AED or USD using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Union Pay debit or credit cards.

6.3 Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• Payment receipts and invoices will be accessible through the "Invoices" section of your account on the Site.

6.4 Fee Adjustments

CleanSheet Group reserves the right to adjust service fees at any time. Any changes to fees will take effect immediately upon update on the Site.

6.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All fees paid for services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in cases where CleanSheet Group breaches its Terms of Use or fails to provide the agreed-upon services.
• In case of a refund issued, it will take up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially.
• Service can be cancelled if the verification process did not start, usually it takes up to 30 minutes to establish the verification process after successful payment. You can request a cancellation by raising a ticket via [email protected].

6.6 Additional Fees

• Additional charges may apply for incomplete or resubmitted applications.
• Applicants are responsible for any fees charged by the issuing authority to release the verification report. These fees are separate from the service charge and must be paid directly to the issuing authority/CleanSheet Group by the applicant.

6.7 Trade Policy

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 Primary Source Verification

We verify documents by directly contacting the issuing institutions and other relevant primary sources. The time required to complete the verification process may vary depending on the response time of these institutions and other factors.

8.2 Falsified or Altered Documents

The submission of falsified, forged, or altered documents is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to legal action. CleanSheet Group will:

• Share no report with the applicant or retract it.
• Issue no refund.
• Send notice of falsification—including the birth date and the name(s) on the Application and Documents—to report copy designees and other educational, governmental, and professional institutions.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Site Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is either the intellectual property of CleanSheet Group or is used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.2 User‑Uploaded Documents

While you retain ownership of the documents and materials you upload to the Site, by submitting them, you grant CleanSheet Group a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to process the documents for verification purposes and to securely transfer them to Educational Credential Evaluators (eservices) for evaluation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.1 Service Availability

We do not warrant or guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted, be free of errors, or remain accessible at all times. Temporary interruptions or technical issues may occur, and CleanSheet Group disclaims liability for any inconvenience caused.

10.2 Acceptance of Verified Documents

While we ensure that documents are verified with primary sources, we do not guarantee their acceptance by Educational Credential Evaluators (eservices) or any other institution. The evaluation and acceptance decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.

11. Limitation of Liability

CleanSheet Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions in service.

As these authorities maintain and populate their own records, we cannot control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of degree results, past attendance, or enrollment status information. By using our services, you release and hold harmless CleanSheet Group from any liability arising from inaccuracies or omissions in the verification report.

11.3 Applicant Responsibility

The applicant is solely responsible for initiating the verification request and submitting accurate and complete credentials for verification. CleanSheet Group does not guarantee that the verification report will be approved or accepted by the requesting entity.

12. Termination

CleanSheet Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site or its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Use or other applicable policies.
• Submission of falsified or fraudulent documents, misuse of the Site, or engagement in any activity that may harm the integrity of the services or violate applicable laws.
• Extended periods of account inactivity or technical or operational reasons beyond our control.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Any ongoing verification processes may also be canceled, and CleanSheet Group will not be liable for any associated losses or damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Site and its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
