Generally, verification takes 15-20 business days from the date of payment and submission of completed applications. However, processing times may be delayed due to multiple reasons such as missing documents or information required from the applicant, late response from the issuing authority or force majeure events.
You can monitor the status of your request by logging in to your account. You can see whether it is “In Progress”, “Pending”, or “Closed”. Or visit Check Status page.
You can submit a variety of credentials, including educational degrees, employment certificates, professional certifications, and identification documents. However. You must at least submit the credentials required by the organization or recipient of the report.
Once a verification request is submitted, it cannot be canceled. However, you can submit a support ticket if you encounter any issues.
Once your application is closed, we will send the results to your organization, or the recipient and you will receive a confirmation email. You can download your report from your account.
